Shipping policy
We're just as excited as you are to get your custom embroidered apparel and accessories to you. Since each item is crafted with care (we don't just pull them off a shelf!), our process involves a few steps before they hit the mail.
Processing Time (The 'Crafting' Phase)
This is the time it takes for us to design, digitize, embroider, and prepare your unique items.

1. Design Processing (1–3 Days): Once your order is placed, our talented (and slightly coffee-fueled) designers start crafting your custom look. This includes preparing your artwork for the embroidery machines.

2. Production (2–7 Days): This is where the magic happens! Most products require 2 to 7 days for the actual embroidery and quality check. Items with specialized production methods or high complexity may occasionally take a little longer—good things take time!
Shipping Time & Rates (The 'On Its Way' Phase)
Once production is complete, your product is securely packaged and immediately shipped. The times listed below are for shipping transit only.

A Note on Timing: The total time from order to delivery is the Processing Time + Shipping Time. For example, a US Standard Shipping order would typically arrive in 3-10 days (Processing) + 3-5 days (Shipping). We always aim for the faster end of that range, because frankly, waiting is the worst.
